Our start-to-finish green rug cleaning process includes the following:

Inspection - to note its age and condition
Dusting - to shake loose grit and dirt buried deep in the material.
Pre-Treatment - a gentle, organic conditioning pre-treatment for spots and stains is then applied.
Cleaning - Either we will use a dry cleaning or deep immersion technique. With dry cleaning, it is carefully cleaned, using organic products. With immersion, the rug is dipped into a pool of shallow water and then washed carefully, rinsed and then patted dry with soft towels. All cleaning is carried out by hand.
Drying - we hang the rug into a drying room, which is climate-controlled and humidity free. This prevents mold and mildew forming.
Grooming - the pile is aligned and fringes are straightened.
